The Public Foundation for Support and Development of National Mass Media, in partnership with Search for Common Ground (NGO), is accepting applications for the position of Project Manager for the SHE LEADS! “Supporting Her Empowerment: Leading Engagement and Digital Safety to Stop TFGBV” project.
This is an opportunity to contribute to an important program focused on empowering women and addressing technology-facilitated gender-based violence (TFGBV) in Uzbekistan. Applications are open to both current Mass Media Foundation employees and external candidates.
Position Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the SHE LEADS! initiative. This includes planning, implementation, coordination with partners, and monitoring progress. The role requires someone who is organized, skilled in project management, and knowledgeable about gender issues.
Eligibility Criteria
We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in social sciences, project management, gender studies, or a related field (master’s degree is a plus).
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in project management or a similar leadership role.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Fluency in Uzbek, English and Russian.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of gender-related issues (especially TFGBV) and digital safety.
