The Public Foundation for Support and Development of National Mass Media, in collaboration with the Journalism and Mass Communications University of Uzbekistan and the National Media Association, invites everyone to attend the Media Job Fair – 2025, which will take place on 29 April.
Despite the growth of online platforms and new technologies for job hunting, job fairs where employers and candidates can meet face-to-face remain just as important. These events allow companies to quickly access a large pool of potential employees and to engage in personal conversations, helping them better assess applicants’ skills and motivation. Participation also boosts employer brand recognition.
There are clear advantages for job seekers too: job fairs offer the opportunity to meet employers directly, learn about working conditions, submit CVs, and take part in masterclasses.
At the upcoming Media Job Fair – 2025, a wide range of employers will be represented, including private and state-run media outlets, press services of ministries and government agencies, as well as organisations from the corporate sector. This diverse line-up increases the chances of candidates finding the right job for them.
The event will also feature public lectures and masterclasses delivered by established media professionals.
Participation is open not only to students but also to working journalists, editors, marketers, directors, camera operators, video editors, photographers, and other media specialists interested in expanding their career opportunities.
