The Mass Media Fund assisted UNESCO in Uzbekistan in organizing a training for journalists and editors

The training was organized by the UNESCO Office in Uzbekistan, the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), and the Media Content Training Center under the Presidential Administration.

International and national trainers shared with participants advanced knowledge on covering socio-political events, gender-sensitive topics, as well as the use of artificial intelligence in journalism. Experts also dedicated separate sessions to media law issues.
